She was very welcoming and very organized about the services I was planning on getting, and relaying the feedback from the technician on what I should do and gave me very clear pricing before I approved the work. She was always very accurate on her time estimates and checked in on me and multiple other customers during our wait.

I recently had an outstanding experience with the service department at Mazda. The entire process was seamless, transparent, and highly professional. I had another great experience at Evanston Mazda, this time with their service department. I came in to have a missing clip on my door replaced and to pick up the floor mats that were promised when I purchased my vehicle. While I was there, I also brought up an issue I was having with my key fob. Katie in service was extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand the issue, kept me informed, and advocated on my behalf to get a replacement key fob approved and reprogrammed. I really appreciated her willingness to help and make sure my concerns were handled. Customer service like this makes a difference, and it’s clear that Evanston Mazda values taking care of its customers even after the sale.
